Branding and custom Squarespace website design
Overview
Kara came to me for branding and website design for her new offering, the Sacred Feminine Temple. She works with women through her Sacred Feminine Sisterhood course and community, hosts workshops throughout the year, and leads special retreats across the world featuring ceremonies and ritual.
When beginning the branding process, we focused on how we could bring in warmth, femininity, wildness, magic and a touch of elegance. This importantly flowed through to the website to increase brand recognition and speak directly to the women Kara works with.
Photography was a big focus across the site, and overlapping elements and typography features for visual interest.
For the Sacred Feminine Sisterhood, a private space was created with Squarespace Member Areas to allow the community to access their exclusive resources and course materials through their own account on the website.
In addition, we used Squarespace Scheduling extensively to set up private member events, workshops and retreats, and Squarespace Email Campaigns for related email automations, all custom to each event or email sign up. This means most of the processes are automated, allowing clients to schedule events, receive personalised information based on what they’ve signed up for and work their way through resources on their own time.
