Overview

Maree’s website hadn’t been updated for a couple of years and was using the old Squarespace version 7.0. She wasn’t confident being able to update it herself and it needed updates to some of the existing content plus some new service pages. Maree also wanted to make the site a bit more friendly and welcoming.

I started by upgrading her website from Squarespace version 7.0 to 7.1 using the new upgrade tool - it’s really helpful to be able to bring across the existing page content without having to create a new website, but a fair amount of work is still required to set up site styles and adjust parts of the design where necessary.

After managing the upgrade, I tweaked the design across the existing pages, created some new service pages and created a personalised website training video for Maree so she can manage content updates herself.
