• Do I need to purchase my hosting and domain before purchasing?

  Nope, otherwise you won’t be eligible for the 20% off!

  You will purchase your hosting on your new site after it has been transferred to you within 48 hours (it will usually reach you much faster though). But don’t worry, there’s no rush! You’ll have up to 6 months while you’re creating your site before you need to upgrade to a paid plan when you’re ready to make it public

• What is the refund policy?

  Please note that as this is a digital product, there are no refunds once the email inviting you to your new website is sent. If you have any questions before purchasing, please let me know and I’d be happy to help.

• I already have a Squarespace 7.0 or 7.1 site - can I still purchase this template?

  Absolutely! That’s because this template is transferred to you as a brand new website that will be accessible from the Squarespace dashboard you see when you log in.

  Unfortunately there is no ‘transfer’ process between sites. However, unless your site is large, it shouldn’t take long to manually move the content over.

  When you’re ready to make your new website live, switch your domain name to the new site, add a subscription, then cancel your old site’s subscription.
