Squarespace website audit

Your website audit will cover the following areas:

• Overall site design, including application of your business’s branding

• User experience and your customer journey

• Navigation and website structure

• Recommended plugins or integrations

• How well your site is set up for mobile viewing

• SEO (how you can make your site friendlier to search engines!)

• Any obvious gaps on your site

• Back-end website settings

When ordering your Squarespace website audit, there will be a form to complete just before checkout that includes the following questions:

• What is the main goal of your website? (e.g. encourage bookings, collect email leads, sell products, educate your community, etc)

• What are your top 1-2 concerns about your current website?

You will also be asked to confirm that you have sent a Contributor invitation with Administrator access to cass@willful.studio. Here are instructions for sending a Squarespace contributor invitation.

You will receive a PDF report outlining the results of my audit alongside recommendations for what you can do to improve your site.

You will also receive a video of your site where I go through my recommendations and how you can make the updates to your site.

No, I won’t be making any of the recommended changes. However if you would like me to, you can book a half or full day Squarespace Website Refresh (depending on the amount of changes – I will let you know which is suitable for your site).
