Refunds

All Willful Studio templates are digital products. Once a purchase is completed and access to the template has been delivered, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchase

• Deciding the product is no longer needed

• Lack of technical ability to use or customise the template

• Misunderstanding of the product’s features or compatibility

Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are not provided once the template access link/invite has been issued.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty or not as described. If you experience any issues accessing or using your template, please contact us at cass@willful.studio.
